Ali Rahimi, M.P.H., is a project coordinator for Voices for Healthy Kids. He assists the Voices for Healthy Kids team in key areas of work related to communications, marketing, grassroots, preemption, partnerships, planning and logistics.
Prior to joining the initiative, Ali was a part of the Quality and Health IT department at the American Heart Association.
Ali graduated from the University of Texas with a Master in Public Health with a concentration on health disparities and equity. He received a Bachelor of Science dual degree in public health and human biology and anthropology from Emory University.
Ali has a strong passion for public, preventive and children’s health. He believes that introducing a culture of health and healthy behaviors to children is crucial to creating sustainably healthy populations for generations to come. His other passions include collecting and customizing sneakers, listening to and creating music and trying new foods.
